This was conducted at Samann Grand, an amazing 4 star boutique hotel is located in Male. • Our Housekeeping Training covered the following: • Introduction to the housekeeping department • Cleaning the guest rooms • Cleaning and maintaining furniture and telephone • Tea/ coffee station and the mini bar fridge • Cleaning the shower and bath • Replenishing guest amenities • Cleaning the floors and lift • Departure rooms, stayover rooms and unoccupied rooms. • Turn down service • Honeymoon room arrangement • Romantic baths • Romantic turn down • Cleaning lobby and reception areas • Laundry We wish to thank the management and staff for the wonderful opportunity.
